1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Solera Wealth ( "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Solera Wealth offers advisory and processing services aimed at maximizing the benefits from available solar tax incentives and rebates. These services include:

Evaluation of solar tax incentives and rebates.Preparation of necessary documentation.Ongoing support throughout the process.

3. Payment

Payment for the services rendered by Solera Wealth is based on the value captured for the Customer by our fulfillment partners. Detailed payment terms and schedules are provided in separate agreements or invoices specific to the services contracted.

4. Service Guarantee

Solera Wealth guarantees the value of its services. If the value of solar tax incentives secured by Midas Wealth does not at least equal the cost of the services, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the fees paid.

5. Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, Customer must submit a written request to Solera Wealth, including detailed reasons for the request, supported by documentation evidencing the incentive amounts received.

6. Limitations of Liability

Midas Wealth’s liability for any claims related to the services provided, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Midas Wealth operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Modifications to Terms

Solera Wealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
